The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and launching financial products, a deep understanding of the Fintech landscape, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex financial problems.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy and Vision:\nDevelop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.\n\nConduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.\n\nDefine product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.\n\nProduct Development:\nLead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new products.\n\nManage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.\n\nCreate detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nStakeholder Management:\nCollaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.\n\nCommunicate product vision, strategy, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.\n\nCustomer Focus:\nAdvocate for the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback.\n\nWork closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric designs and ensure a seamless user experience.\n\nConduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.\n\nPerformance Measurement:\nDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.\n\nAnalyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features.\n\nInnovation and Improvement:\nStay up-to-date with the latest Fintech trends, industry regulations, compliance requirements, emerging fraud solution technologies, and best practices.\n\nIdentify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the product and processes.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
