# Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack

Role Description: We’re seeking a Staff Software Engineer who will serve as a technical force multiplier and elevate the entire software engineering organization through architectural excellence, mentorship, and establishing a culture of quality. You’ll design and build the core software systems that power Gridware’s platform, from backend services to the front-end tools our customers and field teams rely on. Few roles span this much of the stack. You’ll work hand in hand with Hardware, Firmware, Data and ML teams, shaping how we monitor the grid, control the fleet and deliver real-time alerts to utilities. This is a high-ownership, high-impact IC leadership role for an engineer who wants their architecture decisions to matter in the physical world, where the systems you build help utilities catch hazards on the grid before they put communities and critical infrastructure at risk.
