In this role, you'll work a steady flow of warm, actively interested leads, making high-volume outbound calls to connect with borrowers, gather qualifying information, and hand them off to a Loan Officer ready to close.\nThis is not a passive role. You'll be expected to dial consistently, keep your pipeline meticulously organized, and follow up until you get an answer. The leads are there - the systems are built to support you. ISAs who learn the business, build their skills, and perform consistently have a direct path into a Loan Officer position at Griffin Funding.\nA Day in the Life\nMorning\nReview your pipeline and prioritize the day's call list\n\nStart dialing - you'll make 150+ outbound calls to leads who are actively interested in a mortgage\n\nGather qualifying information: timeline, credit, income, goals\n\nMake a genuine connection and set the tone for what working with Griffin feels like\n\nHand off qualified borrowers to a Loan Officer with the context they need to close\n\nAfternoon\nKeep your CRM files updated and statuses current after every interaction\n\nWork through your task list - follow up with leads who didn't answer, respond to callbacks, re-engage prospects from earlier in the pipeline\n\nFlag high-priority leads and make sure nothing slips\n\nEnd the day knowing your pipeline is clean and tomorrow's call list is ready\n\nThe leads are there. Your job is to show up, dial, and execute.\nRequirements\nMajor Goals & Responsibilities\nMake 150+ outbound dials daily to warm, actively interested leads\n\nConduct efficient qualifying conversations - gather the key information, make a connection, and pass to a Loan Officer\n\nKeep pipeline data accurate: files updated, statuses current, tasks completed on time\n\nFollow up consistently so no lead goes cold\n\nCollaborate with Loan Officers to ensure smooth, informed handoffs that convert\n\nKey Characteristics\nRelentless on the phone. 150+ dials a day doesn't intimidate you - it motivates you.\n\nHungry to grow.
