Scanning of email, identifyingregular tasks\n\nHandle and prioritize all routine outgoing or incoming correspondence.\n\nActing as the point of contact among executives, employees, clientsand other external partners\n\nManaging information flow in a timelyand accuratemanner\n\nAnticipate Travel needs and agrees travel need with MDs and coordinates arrangements appropriately, can involve multiple destinations and short notice changes.\n\nCreates logicalitinerary based on MDs availability.\n\nProvides support with travel documentation and procedures including visas.\n\nTakes brief and delivers full event management within budget.\n\nPrepares agenda as directed by MD.\n\nMay provide on-site facilitation of eventincluding taking notes.\n\nPrepares draft proposals and presentations with direction from the MD and/or support from other individuals or service departmentsdocument production and formatting,proof reading materials for consistency, grammar, and spelling.\n\nAssistswith miscellaneous complex administrative tasks.\n\nInvoicing and accounts reconciliation support\n\nOffice/meeting room bookings\n\nWorks in and across formal and informal teams developing trusting relationships and promotesthe value of teamwork throughout the organization.\n\nAttend regular internal forums and calls.\n\nWorking Relationships:\nReports to President & Managing Director -
