As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of positions: hourly warehouse roles, outside sales, and corporate functions. You'll work directly with hiring managers across 65+ locations in North America and the UK, moving fast, building relationships, and making sure every candidate experience reflects who we are as a company.\nThis is a high-impact role on a recruiting team where your work is visible and your contributions matter from day one.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, sales, and corporate roles nationwide - from sourcing through offer\nSource candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, networking, and career fairs\nReview inbound applications daily and maintain a healthy pipeline across active requisitions\nConduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers\nDraft and extend verbal and written offers; guide candidates through pre-employment screening\nPost and maintain job listings on the company website, job boards, and social media\nCollect and process new hire paperwork\nCoordinate with internal departments to prepare for employee start dates and onboarding\nHighly Collaborative. Contribute to recruiting process improvement, reporting, and team projects as needed.Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the \nUnited States. Grimco does not provide employment visa \nsponsorship (e.g., H-1B, O-1, TN) and will not do so in the future \nfor this position.\n\n Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field\n0-5 years in recruiting, HR, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role\nStrong communicator - clear, direct, and easy to work with whether you're talking to a warehouse manager or a CFO candidate\nOrganized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities without dropping the ball\nComfortable working in an ATS and sourcing across multiple platforms (experience with SmartRecruiters or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus\n Benefits\nFull medical, dental, and vision benefits available.
