We’re looking for people who want to learn the products, take ownership of their customers’ experience, and grow with the company.\n Handling 30-45 inbound customer calls per day: answering product, pricing, and availability questions, quoting, and taking orders\nProviding email support for your assigned territory, responding quickly and accurately to customer requests\nFollowing up with customers on quotes, open orders, and service needs to make sure nothing falls through the cracks\nCoordinating with vendors to confirm availability, lead times, and order status, then keeping customers informed\nDelivering a great customer experience by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and getting ahead of delays before customers have to ask\nBuilding strong working relationships with outside sales, purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and other internal teams\nKeeping accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and opportunities in our systems\nSpotting opportunities to introduce customers to new products and solutions\nLearning a product portfolio that customers genuinely depend on\nCollaborating with your team on shared goals.
