Come be a part of our team and make your mark on the future in the sign industry.\n Key Responsibilities & Duties\nPerform machines pre-print set-up and check.\nEnsure registration, ink viscosity, color, and print quality on Flatbed presses are working properly.\nCatching signs of the conveyor belt and preparing them for the next stage.\nMaintain optimum production rate, registration, and quality standards are within company and customer guidelines.\nMake press adjustments when necessary.\nComprehend production paperwork to reassure the right image, ink and material is being used for jobs.\nRun, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery.\nReclean screens for screen printing. \nOther duties as assigned\nMotivate by example - partner with employees to perform daily activities, and continuously improve performance. Teamwork is key!\nImmediate opening.
