Come be a part of our team and make your mark on the future in the sign industry.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:\nSupervise the shipping/receiving team, prioritizing daily tasks for accuracy and efficiency.\nTrain, coach, and evaluate team members, and partner with management on staffing and performance needs.\nDetermine cost-effective shipping methods and verify that completed orders are shipped or received correctly.\nOversee the shipping of all materials in the department, ensuring quality and timeliness.\nEnsure accurate reporting for shipping, storage, and transfer of materials.\nMaintain clear, accurate inventory records.\nCommunicate with couriers, delivery drivers, customers, and vendors to resolve issues quickly.\nMaintain an organized warehouse, enforce safety protocols, and hold the team accountable to them.\nLead by example - partner with employees on daily activities and drive continuous improvement. Teamwork is key!\nImmediate opening. Full-time employment status. This position requires an 8-hour workday, Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (day shift). Additional hours and/or days based on demand. Hours are not flexible - schedule is set.\n PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n5-10 years of recent shipping supervisor experience.\nKnowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS office suite, email, internet navigation.\nStrong leadership skills, must be able to develop talent within the team\nBe willing to complete a criminal background check.\nStrong work ethic - dedicated to getting the job done.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nRequires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing up to 65 pounds on a frequent basis.\nRequires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.\nRequires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.\nRequires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).\n BENEFITS:\nFull medical, dental, and vision benefits available.
