This role requires dependable, safety-oriented individuals willing to perform physically demanding work.\n Key Responsibilities:\nOperate grinding equipment safely and efficiently.\nHandle and move production materials throughout the shift.\nOperate forklifts to move materials.\nEnter production data into company systems and complete basic reports.\nPerform simple arithmetic calculations related to production.\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment.\nFollow all safety and operational procedures.\nSupport the Warehouse team as needed.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBasic computer and math skills.\nStrong work ethic and reliable attendance.\nAbility to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.\nWillingness to learn and follow safety procedures.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nManufacturing experience.\nForklift experience (training can be provided).\nWarehouse or production experience.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand for extended periods.\nAbility to lift and move materials regularly.\nAbility to perform repetitive physical tasks safely.\nAbility to work around machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment.\nAbility to wear required PPE at all times.\nWork Environment:\nManufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
