Let them know that you’re there to take care of them.\nEnter food and beverage orders from guests and servers into the point-of-sale system.\nPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with our drink recipes.\nRecord drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt in the point-of-sale system\nPrepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change.\nWash and sterilize glassware.\nPresent Cantina Menu, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages, food and restaurant services.\nMonitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food, drinks, and service.\nRespond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers.\nMaintain organization and cleanliness in the bar area.\nPerform side work at the start and end of each shift, as management requires.\nReceive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.\nBe familiar with TABC and Alcohol Service policies.\nAssist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.\nBe ready and willing to assist fellow bartenders and servers.\nAttend all scheduled team member meetings.\nRequirements\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nThe requirements below represent knowledge, skill, and/or ability.
