Configuration of monitoring systems, namely Zabbix, troubleshooting of network, connectivity and performance incidents, rollout and tuning of network, security and access equipment. Emphasis on service uptime, stability and quality, coordination of technical work with in-house teams and third-party suppliers, involvement in continuous improvement and technology evolution projects, maintenance of technical documentation and operating procedures. Expert technical support to corporate customers, with advice and network changes subject to prior customer sign-off.
