This is a field based leadership role for someone who can build a strong safety culture, support site teams, and manage Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs in fast moving construction environments.\nThe selected candidate will train in Plano, Texas, before deploying to data center projects nationwide. They will work closely with site leadership, subcontractors, and corporate EHS partners to identify risks, maintain compliance, and help every team member return home safely.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead day to day EHS activities at assigned project sites, including inspections, audits, site walks, toolbox talks, and hazard mitigation.\nPartner with site leadership to meet company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.\nSupervise and develop assigned EHS Specialists and Safety Coordinators.\nDeliver safety onboarding, training, and coaching for employees, subcontractors, and visitors.\nLead incident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and follow up.\nMaintain EHS documentation, safety data sheet inventories, metrics, and reports.\nCommunicate site safety performance and concerns to the EHS Program Manager and other stakeholders.\nReview and improve safety procedures, forms, and field practices as projects grow.\nBring consistent safety leadership to new data center construction sites across the country.\nWhat You Bring\nA bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field, or a BCSP certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, or OHST.\nAt least 8 years of progressive EHS leadership experience in construction.\nOSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 500 or 510 strongly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local EHS regulations.\nHands-on experience with construction site inspections, incident investigations, contractor safety, hazard mitigation, and training.\nThe ability to coach field teams, address concerns directly, and influence leaders at every level.\nStrong documentation and reporting skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and digital reporting systems.\nAvailability to travel nationwide and work onsite daily at assigned projects.\nThe Opportunity\nThis role offers the chance to shape safety performance across a growing national data center construction program.
