This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team, solving problems, and driving production forward.\nThis is not a traditional office-based management position. The ideal candidate is an experienced electrical professional who has naturally progressed into a lead or supervisory role and enjoys mentoring others while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.\nCandidates with experience in electrical manufacturing, modular construction, switchgear, control panels, power distribution equipment, industrial fabrication, or similar industries are highly encouraged to apply.\nResponsibilities\nLead, coach, and support a team of approximately 15 production technicians.\nProvide daily direction to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.\nMonitor production activities to maintain quality, productivity, and workflow.\nAssist with troubleshooting production issues and removing obstacles for the team.\nEnsure electrical assemblies are built in accordance with drawings, specifications, and company standards.\nPromote a strong culture of safety and accountability on the manufacturing floor.\nPerform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and ensure workmanship meets expectations.\nCoordinate with engineering, production planning, quality, and leadership to resolve manufacturing challenges.\nTrain, mentor, and develop technicians while fostering a collaborative team environment.\nMaintain accurate production documentation and communicate progress to leadership.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.\nPreferred Background\nElectrical experience within manufacturing, modular construction, industrial construction, switchgear, power distribution, control panels, or similar environments.\nExperience leading crews, teams, or production personnel as a Lead, Senior Technician, Foreman, Crew Lead, or Production Supervisor.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.\nStrong understanding of production workflows and electrical installation best practices.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nExperience with QA/QC processes or electrical quality inspections is highly desirable.\nConstruction or field electrical experience is a plus.\nManufacturing leadership experience is preferred but not required if the candidate has demonstrated leadership in the field.\nIdeal Candidate\nWe're looking for someone who has earned the respect of the people around them through technical expertise and leadership.
