This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or emerging professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact production environment supporting large-scale construction and electrical systems projects.\nThe ideal candidate will support process improvements, fabrication efforts, and production engineering initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for electrical and mechanical assemblies.\nInterpret, troubleshoot, repair equipment utilizing engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to assist prefabrication and production activities.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives including workflow optimization, tooling upgrades, and safety enhancements.\nWork with engineering, fabrication, quality, and project management teams to ensure accurate and efficient production.\nConduct process studies, data collection, and analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.\nAssist in evaluating, testing, and implementing new equipment, tools, and manufacturing technologies.\nParticipate in quality control activities, including inspections, issue documentation, and root-cause analysis.\nMaintain and update manufacturing documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, BOMs, and technical reports.\nSupport facility layout planning and production execution for electrical and mechanical component builds.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field\n-OR- relevant hands-on experience in a military, manufacturing or engineering environment.\nFoundational understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nAbility to work on-site in a production and fabrication environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of prefabrication, modular construction, or industrial electrical systems.\nMilitary background in technical roles is advantageous due to disciplined approach to maintenance procedures.\nJoin us as a Mechanical/Electrical Manufacturing Technician to be at the forefront of technological innovation!
