You will help ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan while maintaining visibility into production, project readiness, risks, scheduling priorities, and turnover objectives.\nFrom planning and mobilization through execution, commissioning, and closeout, you will play a key role in keeping projects aligned, accountable, and moving forward.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead Site Execution\nDrive day-to-day site operations across active construction projects.\nMaintain alignment between project plans, field conditions, staffing, and schedule requirements.\nStay actively engaged with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure execution remains aligned with project objectives.\nManage Field Performance\nMonitor workforce productivity, work package progress, sequencing, and field performance.\nCoordinate self-perform and subcontracted work scopes.\nIdentify production challenges early and help develop recovery plans when schedule commitments are at risk.\nLead Planning and Coordination\nCoordinate short-term and long-term field planning activities.\nSupport work package releases, staffing plans, sequencing, material readiness, and execution planning.\nFacilitate coordination between construction, engineering, commissioning, operations, and project leadership.\nIdentify and Remove Barriers\nProactively identify issues that could impact safety, quality, schedule, productivity, or project completion.\nDrive issues to resolution by engaging the appropriate teams and stakeholders.\nMaintain focus and structure as project priorities and field conditions change.\nMaintain Project Readiness\nTrack critical activities, constraints, decisions, and readiness requirements.\nEnsure teams have the information, resources, materials, and support required to execute scheduled work.\nMaintain visibility into upcoming project milestones and potential schedule risks.\nEstablish a Strong Operating Rhythm\nSupport daily and weekly coordination meetings.\nMaintain clear communication around priorities, action items, risks, and ownership.\nEnsure decisions, coordination issues, and commitments are documented and driven to closure.\nSupport Turnover and Project Completion\nCoordinate testing, punch-list activities, commissioning support, turnover preparation, and closeout.\nWork across construction and technical teams to ensure systems and work areas are ready for turnover.\nHelp resolve outstanding issues that could impact completion or customer acceptance.\nProject Environments You'll Support\nThe Site Project Manager may support:\nLarge-scale mission-critical and infrastructure construction projects\nData center and hyperscale environments\nMulti-trade construction activities\nElectrical, low-voltage, MEP, and general construction scopes\nSelf-perform and subcontracted field operations\nWorkforce planning and trade coordination\nWork package releases and execution readiness\nProduction tracking and issue resolution\nTesting, commissioning, punch-list management, and turnover activities\nSchedule-sensitive projects requiring disciplined coordination and execution\nWhat You Bring\n6 to 10+ years of experience supporting construction, infrastructure, mission-critical, or similarly complex project environments\nDemonstrated experience managing site execution and coordinating multiple trades on active construction projects\nExperience within electrical, low-voltage, MEP, general contracting, or related construction environments preferred\nData center, hyperscale, critical infrastructure, industrial, or other technically complex project experience strongly preferred\nStrong understanding of schedule-driven construction execution and field coordination\nExperience managing both self-perform and subcontracted work scopes\nKnowledge of workforce planning, production sequencing, trade coordination, and construction readiness\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve field issues quickly\nAbility to operate with urgency while maintaining organization, structure, and execution discipline\nStrong communication skills across field teams, subcontractors, project leadership, and customers\nAbility to align operational priorities, technical requirements, staffing needs, and schedule objectives\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistent follow-through\nDemonstrated leadership presence and ability to drive accountability across multiple stakeholders\nAbility to remain effective in fast-paced, high-pressure, and schedule-sensitive environments\nExperience supporting commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities preferred\nExposure to design-assist or design-build project delivery methods preferred\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or similar tools\nOSHA 30 certification preferred\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred;
