The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, strengthen supplier relationships, optimize material flow, and support strategic business objectives while driving measurable improvements in operational performance and customer satisfaction.\nPosition Overview\nThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, supplier relationships, and material planning. This individual will ensure materials are available to support production requirements while improving systems, reducing inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain function.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcurement & Vendor Management\nLead sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management activities. \nNegotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors. \nDevelop strategic sourcing initiatives to improve quality, service, and cost performance. \nMonitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. \nInventory & Warehouse Operations\nOversee inventory accuracy and warehouse performance. \nDevelop and maintain inventory control procedures and cycle count programs. \nImplement best practices for material handling, storage, and inventory optimization. \nEnsure materials are available to support production schedules while minimizing excess inventory. \nMaterial Planning & Logistics\nManage material planning processes to prevent shortages and production disruptions. \nCoordinate transportation, freight, and logistics activities. \nMonitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements. \nPartner with production and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. \nSystems & Process Improvement\nLead ERP system enhancements and process improvement initiatives. \nSupport material tracking improvements through barcode, QR code, or similar technologies. \nDevelop and maintain supply chain KPIs and performance metrics. \nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, inventory turnover, and purchasing effectiveness. \nLeadership & Team Development\nProvide leadership and direction to purchasing, warehouse, and inventory personnel. \nEstablish department goals and performance expectations. \nDevelop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and process accountability. \nServe as a key
