This position ensures vendor accounts are current by carrying out the following responsibilities timely and accurately. This role reports to the Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable.\nResponsibilities Include:\nProcess and code expense and merchandise invoices according to company procedures\nReconcile invoice to purchase order and work with internal stakeholders across the business and vendors to resolve discrepancies\nReconcile vendor accounts and ensure aging items are managed proactively\nWork closely with warehouses, purchasing department and vendors to resolve payment related issues\nMaintain relationships with outside vendors\nOrganize, prepare, file and scan supporting documents\nCross train employees to ensure coverage during absences\nPerform other duties as assigned\nAbout the Pay:\nBase Salary Range: $28 Hourly \n401(k) Profit Sharing\nMedical, Dental, Vision & More!\nFinal compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.\nAbout You:\nCollege degree or High school diploma with 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable\nAbility to balance multiple tasks in a high volume of environment\nAbility to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, accuracy focused department\nWorking knowledge in enterprise software\nWorking knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel, including vlookup\nSelf-motivated, team player\nAbility to work effectively and communicate well with all levels within an organization\nAbility to clearly write routine correspondence\nAbility to follow company procedures\nAbility to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds\nTo learn about how we collect, use and secure your personal information.
