This position requires a hands-on individual with warehouse facility maintenance. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of facility maintenance, including material handling equipment, building systems, preventative maintenance programs, and emergency response activities. Success in this role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. This role reports to the RFC Supervisor.\nResponsibilities Include:\nPerform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment and facility systems to maximize operational performance and equipment reliability.\nTroubleshoot and repair material handling equipment, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, hand jacks, battery charging systems, conveyors, and related warehouse equipment.\nMaintain and repair company-owned vehicles and facility support equipment as assigned.\nDiagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures.\nMaintain detailed maintenance records and repair histories for all equipment and assets.\nAssist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.\nPerform general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, fabrication, painting, and minor construction projects.\nRepair facility damage and address building deficiencies to maintain a safe and professional work environment.\nExecute preventative maintenance schedules for all facility and warehouse equipment.\nConduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures or facility issues.\nRecommend repairs, replacements, or upgrades based on equipment condition and operational needs.\nMaintain compliance with all OSHA, company safety policies, and operational procedures.\nAssist with lockout/tagout procedures and ensure safe work practices are followed.\nAbout The Pay:\nBase Pay Range: $24.20 - $28.60\n401(k) Profit Sharing.\nMedical, Dental, Vision & More!\nFinal compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.\nAbout You:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, industrial, or facility maintenance.\nPreferred experience troubleshooting and repairing:Electrical systems\nMechanical systems\nHydraulic systems\nPneumatic systems\nMaterial handling equipment\n\nAbility to operate electric pallet jacks, forklift, and other warehouse equipment.\nFamiliarity with modern warehousing practices and methods (preferred).\nGood organizational and time management skills.\nTo learn about how we collect, use and secure your personal information.
