Our team oversees the successful movement of products from our vendors to our stores and is self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated.\nAbout The Role: \n We are looking for a RFC Forklift Operator to participate in our Regional Fulfillment Center operations and activities. As a Forklift Operator, you'll move pallets and other materials through the different areas of the warehouse, supporting production requirements in those areas, as well as loading and unloading trailers. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. This role reports to the RFC Operations Manager.\nResponsibilities Include:\nPerform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse as directed by onboard WMS (Warehouse Management System) ensuring that the correct number and type of product is picked.\nResponsible for operating technical equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.\nOperate and maintain Distribution Center vehicles and equipment. Ensure machinery is serviced and maintained regularly.\nEnsure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.\nFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.\nMaintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; sweep, dust, and mop as required.\nReport any discrepancies.\nEffectively communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.\nAlways Organize Distribution Center and work area for orderliness.\nAlways wear the proper safety equipment and follow safety procedures.\nAny other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager.\nShift Hours:\nSunday to Thursday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm \nAbout The Pay:\nBase Salary Range: $20 hourly \nProductivity bonus\n401(k) Profit Sharing\nMedical, Dental, Vision & More!\nFinal compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location\nAbout You:\n1+ years of experience as a forklift operator.\nForklift or heavy machinery certification.\nPhysically able to safely operate stand up reach forklifts and other warehouse machinery.\nAbility to write legibly.\nMust have basic math skills.\nGood organizational and time management skills.\nKnowledge of inventory control and general warehouse procedures.\nAbility to read and comprehend basic instructions, to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.\nSort and place material or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.\nTo learn about how we collect, use and secure your personal information.
