Our team oversees the successful movement of products from our vendors to our stores and is self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated.\nAbout the Role: The Warehouse Training Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective training programs for all warehouse staff. This role ensures that new and existing employees are properly trained in safety protocols, equipment operation, inventory processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with hands-on warehouse experience. This role reports to the RFC Operations Manager.\nResponsibilities Include:\nDevelop and deliver training programs for onboarding, equipment operation, safety procedures, and SOP compliance.\nMaintain accurate training records and track employee progress through training programs.\nProvide hands-on training for warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and WMS.\nTrain employees on inventory control processes, shipping/receiving, order picking, packing, and staging.\nCollaborate with supervisors and management to identify training needs and skill gaps.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through retraining, coaching, and process education.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and quality standards.\nAct as a mentor and resource for new hires during their onboarding period.\nAssist in developing training materials, manuals, job aids, and visual instructions.\nSupports a safety culture through demonstrative leadership and ownership in keeping our employees and partners safe in all activities.\nLead and provide oversight to Warehouse Associates in the proper execution of all established quality, safety and sanitation practices of warehouse operations.\nActively communicate with site leadership and support those roles in accomplishing operational goals.\nPerform normal operational duties when necessary (i.e. selecting, forklift operations, loading, etc.).\nAbout The Pay:\nBase Salary Range: $23.00 - $24.00 Hourly \n401(k) Profit Sharing.\nMedical, Dental, Vision & More!\nFinal compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.\nAbout You:\nWarehouse leadership experience, or other related experience preferred.\nAble to sit, stand, bend, twist, and turn body as needed for 8-10 hours per day.\nAble to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.\nPhysically able to safely operate MHE in the RFC, including sitdown, standup, and various lengths of pallet jacks.\nAble to read and write legibly, demonstrate basic math skills, and communicate effectively.\nFamiliarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.\nGood organizational and time management skills.\nAble to work overtime as needed.\nTo learn about how we collect, use and secure your personal information.
