This role is responsible for translating business needs into robust data architectures, enabling advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI capabilities that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and enterprise integration, along with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. The Sr. Data & Analytics Architect will report to the VP, Data & Development.\nResponsibilities Include:\nData & AI Architecture\nDesign and implement enterprise-scale data architectures supporting analytics, machine learning, and AI applications.\nArchitect modern data platforms including data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, and real-time pipelines.\nDefine AI/ML solution architecture including model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.\nDesign and support dashboard development using PowerBI, Databricks, etc.\nCloud & Platform Engineering\nLead architecture for data and AI workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nImplement scalable pipelines using technologies such as Spark, Databricks or similar.\nOptimize system performance, scalability, security, and cost.\nAI & Machine Learning Solutions\nArchitect and guide development of AI-driven solutions including predictive analytics, NLP, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications.\nSupport MLOps and AI lifecycle management including model deployment, monitoring, and versioning.\nEnterprise Integration\nDesign integrations between data platforms, operational systems, and AI services.\nEstablish APIs, event-driven architectures, and data sharing frameworks.\nGovernance & Security\nDefine and implement data governance, security, and compliance standards.\nEnsure adherence to privacy regulations and enterprise security frameworks.\nStakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate with business leaders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.\nLead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance across multiple initiatives.\nLeadership & Mentorship\nMentor data engineers, ML engineers, and architects.\nEstablish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.\nInfluence strategic technology decisions across the organization.\nAbout The Pay:\nBase Salary Range: $165,000 - $185,000 Annually\nAnnual Bonus Program\nEquity\n401(k) Profit Sharing\nMedical, Dental, Vision & More!\nFinal compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary based on location.\nAbout You:\n10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or platform architecture.\n5+ years designing cloud-based data platforms and AI/ML solutions.\nStrong expertise with data architecture patterns (data lake, lakehouse, warehouse).\nExperience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar).\nHands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop ecosystem, etc.).\nStrong knowledge of SQL, Python, and distributed data systems.\nExperience implementing MLOps pipelines and model lifecycle management.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.\nKnowledge of data governance platforms and metadata management.\nIndustry experience in retail, e-commerce, finance, or supply chain.\nRelevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, Databricks, Snowflake).\nKnowledge of SAP systems and data structures is a big plus in addition to other data platforms.\nTo learn about how we collect, use and secure your personal information.
