Our team oversees the successful movement of products from our vendors to our stores and is self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated.\nAbout the Role:\nThe Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and expanding our suite of business intelligence reports and dashboards, helping operations and leadership teams make informed, data driven decisions across the end-to-end Grocery Outlet supply chain network. Beyond reporting, this role actively contributes to process improvement initiatives by connecting analytical findings to operational outcomes. The Supply Chain Analyst reports to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Engineering.\nResponsibilities Include:\nDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve reports and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators across supply chain functions\nIdentify, gather, and clean data from multiple internal and external sources to support reporting and analytical needs\nPerform data validation and quality checks on datasets as they are landed in our Databricks environment, supporting the team in ensuring data accuracy and reliability before it is used in reporting and analysis\nModel and transform raw supply chain data into meaningful, actionable insights for operations and leadership stakeholders\nMonitor supply chain KPIs and trends, proactively flagging anomalies and surfacing opportunities for improvement\nParticipate in process improvement projects by providing analytical support, including data gathering, root cause analysis, and measurement of improvement outcomes\nSupport the development of business cases for operational changes by quantifying inefficiencies and projecting the impact of proposed solutions\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions\nAnalyze supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and support data driven continuous improvement initiatives\nSupport ad hoc analytical requests across the team as operational needs evolve\nAbout the Pay:\nBase Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000\nAnnual Bonus Program\nEquity\n401(k) Profit Sharing\nMedical, Dental, Vision & More!\nFinal compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.\nAbout You:\n2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related field\nDemonstrated ability to analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities\nDemonstrated ability to connect analytical findings to operational process improvement initiatives\nExperience performing data validation and quality checks to ensure the reliability and consistency of reporting and analysis\nComfortable contributing to cross-functional process improvement projects, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for operations teams\nExperience with Power BI for data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation\nBasic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and/or Python for querying, filtering, and transforming data\nExposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and Databricks Genie is a plus\nFamiliarity with supply chain or logistics systems (WMS, TMS, or distribution and fulfillment platforms) beneficial but not required\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team\nTo learn about how we collect, use and secure your personal information.
