The role includes leadership and oversight of the daily cash process (including payment checking and approval processes), reporting, compliance, bank account and systems administration. An enquiring mindset is required, as success in the role includes identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency and minimise risk.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversight & coordination of daily cash management operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and settlement activities\nInternal & external Treasury Reporting, including annual covenant compliance\nOperational oversight and maintenance of Treasury systems, including static data and troubleshooting \nMonitoring and preparation of liquidity, and counterparty risk reports and providing market indicator commentary\nOwnership of KYC, regulatory reporting, bank mandates and account maintenance processes\nMaintaining control logs, process documentation and audit evidence for key Treasury activities\nIdentification & implementation of opportunities to automate and improve processes\nExecution & support for Treasury change projects, including testing and issue resolution\nKey Requirements\nEducated to degree level, preferably in Finance or similar\nStrong experience in a Treasury Back Office Manager role or equivalent, with a good understanding of treasury risk management\nA passion for AI and technology and good experience with common Treasury systems and online banking platforms, ideally including TMS, CMS, and market data and research platforms\nA healthy curiosity to improve ways of working\nPrevious experience supporting regulatory reporting, treasury projects or system testing and confident user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint\nComfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast paced rapidly changing environment\nExcellent numerical, analytical, problem solving & communication skills\nProven ability to work to multiple strict & concurrent deadlines\nHigh level of attention to detail combined with the ability to step back and observe the bigger picture\n\nWe know flexibility is important and take a hybrid approach to working, please contact us for further details.\nWe want you to have every opportunity to show us your strengths.
