position based in our Tel Aviv office.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn and develop employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement and company culture.\nPlan and execute company events, team-building activities, off-sites, and internal celebrations for our local and global teams.\nBuild and manage wellbeing and welfare programs for our employees.\nSupport day-to-day office operations and logistics to maintain a high-quality work environment.\nPartner with GTM on swag and experiences for conferences and company milestones.\nRequirements\n3+ years in Employee Experience, welfare, or People/HR roles, ideally within a fast-paced tech company.\nProven experience in the end-to-end planning and execution of global company events.\nA creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for building memorable people moments.\nHighly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.\nProactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships across all levels of the company.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.\nKnowledge of AI tools such as Claude, with the ability to use them thoughtfully to streamline processes and work more
