Working closely with our VP Marketing, you’ll get to blend day-to-day office ownership with the excitement of producing high-impact marketing events and conferences.\nImportant: this is a full-time, in-office role based in our office in San Francisco. We’re looking for someone who wants to be present, and sees in-office ownership as an advantage!\nWhat You'll Own\nThe office, end to end: Run all daily operations across facilities, supplies and vendor relationships. Be the first to notice what’s not working and the first to fix it.\n\nManage and track office budgets: Manage vendor contracts for everything from catering and equipment to event logistics.\nCulture and employee experience: Own our SF office culture moments, team celebrations, Happy Hours, company swag and the day-to-day initiatives that make this a\nplace people are glad to come to.\nOnboarding & operations support: Coordinate with People team and IT to make new-hire arrivals seamless and departures smooth as part of the core Operations team.\n\nMarketing events: Work closely with the Marketing team to support select events, meetups, and industry conferences, providing hands-on exposure to event marketing.\nHelp coordinate logistics, vendors, promotional materials and swag, and support event execution and on-site activities.
