Join us, where we’ll make a greater impact together.\nWhat You'll do:\nLead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing\n\nTranslate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases that keep test execution aligned to mission outcomes.\n\nDevelop and own the overall test strategy - objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis\n\nDesign and execute a end-to-end test programs, independently assessing system performance against stated requirements and applying sound test discipline to work within scope and schedule constraints.\n\nBuild and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager\n\nLead analysis of test output and defect data, and deliver clear, actionable results and recommendations to government stakeholders and program leadership.\n\nRecommend and help implement continual improvements to test cycles, test plans, and security reviews.\n\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of relevant experience testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.\n\nExperience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.\n\nExperience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives, and analyzing and recommending test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.\n\nExperience in an Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, ICAgile); working knowledge of Systems Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.\n\nExperience developing and maintaining automated test cases using designated test tools such as UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.\n\nDetailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.\n\nRelevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., SAFe Agile, ICAgile Certified Professional, Tosca Certified User).\n\nIT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance\n\nSkills:\nCertification:\nWhy You’ll Never Want to Leave:\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans \nFlexible Spending Account \n4% 401K Match (immediate vesting) \nPaid Time Off \nTuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional development\nFlexible work schedule\nOn-site gym and childcare option \nThe salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
