Join us, where we’ll make a greater impact together.\nWhat You'll do:\nGroundswell is hiring a Deputy Program Manager to join our team!\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide day-to-day project leadership throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging SAFe Agile methodologies to drive execution, coordination, and delivery in support of the Program Director and Program Manager.\nDefine, document, implement, and educate teams on project management standard processes, including change and configuration management, risk and issue management, communications management, schedule management, root cause analysis, quality management, and other project controls.\nCollaborate with the program leadership to define and prioritize project activities in alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.\nDrive continuous improvement in project delivery by identifying and implementing enhancements to processes, services, and the overall customer experience.\nEnsure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with customer policies, applicable regulations, and compliance requirements.\nDevelop and execute the project communications plan, including communications and presentations for leadership, internal teams, and customers.\nProvide support to ensure a smooth and successful project go-live by proactively addressing roadblocks, coordinating issue resolution, and managing escalations as needed.\nDevelop and manage strong, collaborative relationships with OEMs and subcontractors to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful project delivery.\nOversee project team performance throughout the program lifecycle to ensure adherence to schedule, quality, budget, and overall delivery commitments.\nPerform work assigned by the leadership.\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience Required\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.\n10+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of complex, full lifecycle, enterprise-wide technology initiatives.\nDemonstrated success delivering complex projects on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards while effectively managing internal and external resources.\nProven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams at all levels of an organization, driving alignment and results within a matrixed environment.\nStrong ability to evaluate project scope, estimate work effort, identify resource requirements, and develop realistic delivery plans aligned with functional and technical requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to actively listen, build strong relationships, and effectively collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, OEMs, and subcontractors.\nStrong presentation, facilitation, organizational, and planning skills, with experience leading cross-functional workshops and driving stakeholder alignment.\nExperience with SAFe Agile methodology preferred.\nAdditional requirements\nMust be a U.S. Citizen per contract requirements.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance per contract requirements.
