This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects\nPerforming QA testing on Appian applications across several projects\nCreating documentation/ test scripts and recording results\nPartnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved\nAnalyzing bugs to identify trends\nWriting user stories\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field\n3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (i.e., Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.)\nDetail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time\nExperience working in an agile environment \nMust be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements. \nMust be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (preference given to those holding active TS clearance)\nThis is a hybrid position and will require on-site presence at our Groundswell HQ in Mclean and client SCIF location in the DC Metro area. \nFlexibility to travel as required\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in automation testing desired\nTrusted Tester Certification (508 compliance) desired\nSkills:\nCertification:\nWhy You’ll Never Want to Leave:\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans \nFlexible Spending Account \n4% 401K Match (immediate vesting) \nPaid Time Off \nTuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional development\nFlexible work schedule\nOn-site gym and childcare option \nThe salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
