Join us, where we’ll make a greater impact together.\nWhat You'll do:\nWho We are Looking For:\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with strong data analysis skills to support Appian / low-code practice. \nResponsible for leading the full lifecycle hiring efforts for our Appian practice\nSource and identify active and passive candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, events, etc.)\nDevelop strong relationship with hiring managers to understand the business, identify gaps in skill sets and create strategic hiring plans to address those gaps\nWork with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria\nEnsure a best-in-class candidate experience with transparency, timely follow-up, and communication\nRegularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders\nAssist with OFCCP and EEO compliance, tracking and reporting\nManage an efficient and effective process, utilizing our ATS (Workday) and other tools.\nThink outside of the box and utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies, and techniques to promote Groundswell as an employer of choice \nRequired Qualifications:\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (U.S. Citizen is preferred) \nBachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred\n5+ years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing of technical talent for a software product company (preferably low-code programming (Appian)), either in a corporate role, contractor, or as an agency recruiter. \nRecruiting experience with a large, federal contractor strongly preferred\nATS experience (Workday preferred)\nKnowledge of EEO and OFCCP requirements.\nMust be self-driven and work effectively and independently using a variety of vehicles and creative sourcing techniques to generate candidate flow in a fast-paced, fluid environment \nResults driven and metrics-oriented individual with outstanding verbal and written communication skills\nSuccessfully navigates in a fast-paced, nimble environment and possesses an aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; SharePoint\nIdeal candidate will be local to the DC Metro area and willing to come on-site 2-3 days a week.
