Join us, where we’ll make a greater impact together.\nWhat You'll do:\nGroundswell is hiring a Technical Lead to join our team!\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage the infrastructure team’s work assignments, capacity planning, schedules, technical risks, and quality of deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a resilient and scalable platform architecture.\nAbility to understand business objectives, interpret them, and translate that to a coherent technical vision.\nOwnership of compliance and governance for infrastructure and data.\nDesign secure infrastructure solutions for connecting to external systems and collaborate with project teams to collect, manage, and transmit required data in compliance with audit requirements.\nUnderstand, refine, and communicate the business requirements and use them to create robust, sustainable, and manageable system architecture.\nParticipate in the planning, development, and deployment of platform components, services, and applications.\nEnsure that best practices are followed during design, development, and delivery of projects.\nEstablish or enhance strategy, standards and procedures for data integration, configuration, and implementation.\nSupport the development and evolution of Agentic Audit technology roadmaps by evaluating emerging technologies, assessing their potential business value, and identifying opportunities to enhance audit capabilities and outcomes.\nLead the technical design efforts to meet business objectives while driving the overall architecture to improve system reliability and flexibility.\nTechnical analysis and documentation of Agentic Audit systems. Set technical standards/ best practice and peer review developed codes and technical documents as required.\nAdditional tasks as assigned by the leadership team.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, systems integration, product implementation, enterprise systems deployment or a related technical discipline.\n3+ years of experience serving as a technical lead, team lead, architect, or similar role with responsibility for technical delivery and team coordination.\nExperience leading technical teams or workstreams, including assigning work, coordinating team capacity, managing schedules, mentoring team members, and supporting timely delivery.\nProven ability to translate business objectives and requirements into a clear technical vision, practical implementation plans, and sustainable system architecture.\nExperience designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable, resilient infrastructure, platforms, services, applications, and external system integrations.\nKnowledge of infrastructure and data governance, cybersecurity, compliance, auditability, access controls, and secure data management practices.\nExperience developing or improving technical strategies, standards, procedures, documentation, and best practices for architecture, data integration, configuration, implementation, and operations.\nAbility to assess technical risks, evaluate emerging technologies, contribute to technology roadmaps, and identify opportunities to improve audit capabilities through artificial intelligence, intelligent workflows, data analytics, or Agentic Audit technologies.\nExperience managing various AWS Cloud resources, including EC2, EBS, S3, EKS, and RDS.\nDevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline infrastructure experience in DoW environment.\nStrong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to engage technical and nontechnical stakeholders, conduct peer and code reviews, manage competing priorities, and work effectively with project and leadership teams; relevant certifications and the ability to obtain any required clearance are preferred.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience operating UiPath AutomationSuite Environment.\nExperience working with Risk Management Framework.\nExperience working with CI/CD Pipeline solutions.\nExperience managing Non-Person Entities.\nAdditional requirements\nMust be a U.S. Citizen per contract requirements.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance per contract requirements. Active Secret clearance preferred.\nPreference will be given to candidates local to the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area.
