Learn more about the perks of joining our team here.\nA bit about you\nAs an Associate Ad Operations Manager, you will support the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns across a variety of formats. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, using your knowledge of digital media and ad technology to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, deliver against client goals, and run smoothly from launch through reconciliation.\nYou’re someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to the details, and is comfortable troubleshooting issues and managing priorities independently while partnering closely with the broader team.\nYou will:\nTraffic and manage advertising campaigns in GT’s proprietary ad-serving platform, ensuring accurate and timely campaign setup and execution\nTrack, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously, proactively identifying opportunities or issues that may impact delivery\nMonitor 1st- and 3rd-party reporting data to ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering against goals\nPerform quality assurance checks of campaign setup against client insertion orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail\nTroubleshoot campaign and creative issues, using available resources and tools to drive timely resolution\nManage expectations, communication, and reporting metrics with internal team members\nOwn reporting and month-end reconciliation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness\nCreate and maintain documentation pertinent to the Ad Operations team\nPrioritize and manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating with and supporting the broader team as needed\nTake ownership of your work, seek feedback, and continuously look foropportunities to improve processes and performance\n\nYou have:\nThis is our ideal wish list, but most people don’t check every box on every job description.
