The Ascending Service Managers should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.\nDuties and responsibilities\nDevelop and lead effective weekly trainings\nEvaluate field performance and deliver feedback in a 1:1 setting\nCreate and implement effective development and disciplinary plans\nLearn all aspects of the Service Managers Day to day responsibilities\nOther duties as assigned.\nIt is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nKnowledge of terminology, methods and best practices used in the foundation repair\n\nProven experience in Service and/or customer service\nQualifications\nSuccessfully proven KPIs as a Certified Field Inspector or Service Technician\nProficiency in Excel and other data management tools.\nProven experience in Service and/or customer service.\nProficient in all Microsoft Office applications.\nThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nStrong management and leadership skills.\nEffective communication skills.\nExceptional customer service skills.\nWorking conditions\nWill work in an office setting but will occasionally be required to travel to work sites or\nconstruction branch locations, where the employee will visit with customers and employees to\nensure quality of sales. S/he may be exposed to loud noise level as well as fumes or airborne\nparticles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
