The Co-Foreman coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. The Co-Foreman assists with monitoring the progress of a project and keeping it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nAssists Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area\nReviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site\nAssess conditions of the job once on-site; set forth plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work - assign duties to your crew for work to be performed\nInstall products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals\nInnovate and troubleshoot situations as needed based on requirements to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables\nProvide customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work\nEnsure all final documentation is done completely/accurately and is given to the proper parties\nSafely, correctly, and efficiently loads and unloads materials, tools, and equipment, and cleans truck\nSafely, correctly, and efficiently performs installation duties according to instructions, methods, standards and timetables provided by the Foreman and Company\nDrives company vehicles in a safe manner and meets all requirements to operate a company vehicle.\nAssists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating work, accounting for labor hours and productivity\nAssists in supervising, leading and mentoring a crew of two or more people; leads crew in absence of Foreman\nCommunicates with customer before, during and after completion of job, addressing any changes in the job prior to implementing changes\nCompletes necessary paperwork, check-in and check-out procedures, as needed\nKnowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use and care of equipment \nAbility to Lift heavy objects up to 22 kg, and walks and stand for long periods of time \nPerforms strenuous labor often under adverse conditions \nFoster a positive team environment by building strong relationships and inspiring mutual trust, professionalism, integrity, and respect.\nAdhere to and promote Company workplace policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, the policies related to safety and against bullying, harassment, violence or discrimination in the workplace.\nUphold the Company’s positive image and reputation in the community.\nIt is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.\nPerform other duties as necessary or assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required\nStrong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player\nExperience leading crews or small teams required\nPrevious experience working in the construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required\nBasic construction or mechanical knowledge\nMust have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license\nEnters crawl spaces and other confined areas\nWorking Conditions\nThe position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor.\nThe employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads.\nThe position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
