Apply today!\nThe Service Technician is an integral part of the customer journey post installation. They focus on partnering with customers to inspect and service preexisting company installed foundation repair and water management solutions. The Service Technician supports our customers with additional solutions options and needs.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nExecute appointments scheduled with customers\nTravel to customers' home based on assigned appointments\nBuild long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent the company\nRecommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation or to remedy a potential issue through established processes and procedures\nPerform annual customer maintenance visits, examining work previously completed\nPerform reactive service appointments, diagnose, and fix any issues\nInstall additional products purchased by the customer as necessary\nAdhere to safety regulations and procedures when carrying out responsibilities\nExamine solutions installed by the company and determine potential warranty or non-warranty work\nCommunicate the status of each job (completions and complications) and submit all necessary documentation to the Service Manager and customer as required\nIt is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\n1 or more years of proven sales experience preferred but not required\nConstruction/Home Improvement experience preferred\nProven customer relations experience preferred\nHigh school diploma or GED or equivalent experience\nA valid, non-restrictive Driver's License is required\nWorking Conditions\nThe employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads.\nThe position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
