The Warehouse Manager facilitates an efficient and safe warehouse environment by ensuring that effective processes, procedures, and methods are utilized.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nCompletes a variety of tasks relating to warehouse and distribution of materials to crews, customer work locations and within the warehouse\nManages a safe and clean work environment\nOrganizes inventory area and tool room in warehouse based on operational best practices\nSupervises and manages warehouse staff\nEnsures the receipt, coordination and safety of goods coming through\nEnsures that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities\nCoordinates with Branch Management and Senior Management to assesses the labor and output needs for the warehouse\nWorks with all departments and locations across the organization\nAbility to read and digest reports, data, statistics and similar information\nProvides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization\nPrioritizes conflicting needs, handles issues expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion\nAbility to operate or be trained to operate a forklift\nOccasional travel\nIt is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.\nAll other duties as assigned\nQualifications\n2-5 Years of warehouse management experience\nKnowledge of current OSHA and Forklift Operators license preferred but not required\nKnowledge and understanding of structural foundations, waterproofing and products is a plus\nExcellent communication skills both written, oral/verbal required\nAbility to drive light commercial vehicles as required\nAbility to navigate comfortably on computers, tablets and computer software\nWorking Conditions\nThis position is manual and physical in nature.
