The role will coordinate closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, QA/QC, and Site Teams to ensure efficient project execution throughout the project lifecycle, from design coordination and manufacturing through installation and handover.\n Key Responsibilities\nSupport the Project Manager in managing modular construction projects from initiation through final handover.\nAssist in developing project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.\nCoordinate with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Site Teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time.\nMonitor project progress and report potential risks, delays, and issues to the Project Manager.\nTrack project activities against schedules and support the implementation of corrective actions when required.\nReview technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.\nCoordinate procurement activities and monitor material delivery schedules to support project timelines.\nPrepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and project records.\nSupport contract administration activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nParticipate in client meetings and coordinate responses to technical and project-related queries.\nCoordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure all works meet the required quality standards.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards throughout project execution.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and operational performance.\nSupport the implementation of modular construction methodologies and innovative project solutions.\n Qualifications & Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Industrial Engineering related engineering field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, project coordination, or project management within modular construction industry.\nExperience in managing or supporting commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, or modular construction projects.\nExposure to modular construction, off-site manufacturing, prefabrication, or DfMA environments is preferred.\nKnowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, planning, and contract administration.\nFamiliarity with project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.\nWorking knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and industry practices.\nStrong coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.\nAbility to review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nCore Competencies\nProject Coordination: Ability to coordinate project activities across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and site functions.\nPlanning & Scheduling: Ability to monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource utilization effectively.\nTechnical Competency: Strong understanding of construction drawings, engineering principles, and project specifications.\nProblem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and support practical, timely solutions.\nCommunication: Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.\nAttention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nTeamwork: Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional project teams.\nAdaptability: Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.\n\nWhat makes a true AMANAian?\nWe know that our company growth and success come from our people who continuously drive our company, partners and clients forward.
