You will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring Dynamics 365 solutions are aligned with business objectives while driving best practices, governance, and long-term scalability.\nWhat You’ll Actually Do:\nYour core responsibility is delivering high-impact Dynamics 365 solutions that create measurable business value. Here's what that looks like:\nOwn the full lifecycle implementation, enhancement, and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics\n365 solutions across the organization.\nLead end-to-end implementation projects spanning Dynamics 365 F&O modules including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Project Operations.\nConduct business process discovery workshops, map current-state processes (AS-IS), define future-state processes (TO-BE), and configure Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with industry best practices.\nDrive process transformation across key business functions including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Order Management, Customer Engagement, and Reporting.\nCollaborate closely with business leaders, SMEs, IT teams, and external implementation partners to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.\nSkills Required:\n8-15 years of experience in ERP implementation and transformation programs.\nCurrently working with a consulting or advisory firm leading Dynamics 365, ERP, or digital transformation engagements.\nStrong experience managing end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, UAT, cutover, and go-live.\nComfortable working with senior business stakeholders and technology teams.\nLooking to move from a client advisory/consulting role into an ownership-driven industry position where they can drive execution and long-term value creation.\nExperience in manufacturing, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, or distribution businesses would be
