Signs.\nThe ideal candidate should be strongly hands-on with Google Ads, e-commerce growth, analytics and performance optimization, while also having the ability to lead a team and develop scalable paid-media strategies across international markets.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn paid-media strategy, budgets and revenue growth across multiple brands and international markets.\nLead Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube.\nManage and optimize Microsoft Ads and other paid acquisition channels.\nDrive improvements in ROAS, CAC/CPA, conversion rate, revenue and overall marketing efficiency.\nDevelop campaign structures, keyword/product segmentation, bidding, audience and budget strategies.\nOwn Google Merchant Center, product feeds and feed-related performance issues.\nBuild monthly/quarterly media plans, revenue forecasts and budget allocation strategies.\nAnalyze campaign, product, category and customer-level performance to identify growth opportunities.\nConduct competitive, search-term, Auction Insights and incremental-growth analysis.\nWork closely with Technology, Product, Creative, Analytics and Finance teams to improve paid-media performance.\nOwn conversion tracking, attribution and funnel measurement across the customer journey.\nDrive A/B testing across campaigns, creatives, landing pages, offers and audiences.\nIdentify and implement AI, automation and emerging advertising opportunities.\nMentor and manage the performance marketing team and establish strong optimization/QA processes.\nMust-Have Skills\n8-12+ years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads and e-commerce advertising.\nProven experience managing large paid-media budgets and delivering revenue growth.\nStrong expertise in Search, Shopping/PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube.\nStrong knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feeds.\nExcellent understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, MER, LTV, conversion rate and profitability.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and Excel/Google Sheets.\nExperience in international/multi-country e-commerce is preferred.\nTeam management/mentoring experience.\nStrong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking and marketing analytics.\nGood to Have\nMicrosoft/Bing Ads\nAdobe Analytics /
