The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding a team of developers while actively contributing to architecture, design, and development.\nThe candidate should have extensive experience in Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS, along with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Developers.\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.\nDrive engineering best practices and technical excellence.\nParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and project execution.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.\nFull Stack Development\nDesign and develop scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.\nBuild robust backend services using Node.js and NestJS.\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and reusable code.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.\nSystem Design & Architecture\nDesign scalable and secure application architectures.\nImplement microservices and
