This will involve coordinating the administrative requirements of the scheme and ensuring that an accurate and efficient service is provided, and that all compliance requirements are always met.\nOutcomes\n Monthly financial targets are met.\nSupport requests from our clients.\nAccurately preparing Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) for individual interns.\n Meet all Scheme eligibility criteria.\nEnsure timely distribution to stakeholders.\nThe Scheme's reputation and preference among sponsors is successfully recognised.\nEnsure the strength of relationships with employers and stakeholders are developed and retained.\nMaintain positive relationships through regular communication with Employers, Immigration Advisors, and other stakeholders.\nContinue to uphold the schemes reputation as the GAE scheme of choice.\nA high standard of compliance with Home Office requirements is successfully delivered.\nAlways ensure full awareness of Homes Office Sponsors Compliance requirements.\nKeep disciplined filing and record keeping.\nEnsure reporting system is accurate and regularly maintained.\nWork with Employers and interns to guarantee they are always meeting their obligations under the terms and conditions of the scheme.\nProvide information and records where required and in a timely manner. \nStaying updated on immigration rules, rule changes, and policy changes that impact the Scheme.\nPerson specification\nTeam player, committed to and motivated by the success of the team. \nOrganised with excellent attention to detail.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to solve problems and make decisions.\nConfident and professional manner with excellent written, phone and conversational skills.\nProblem solver, using your own initiative as well as reaching out and learning from others.\nAbility to analyse processes and develop process improvements.\nPositive, can-do attitude.\nCommitted to your own self development, taking time to understand our industry, our products and our customers.\n Work Experience, Knowledge & Skills\nExperience in providing administrative support, such as data entry, document management, and appointment scheduling. \nPrior roles in customer service, where you've interacted with clients, answered inquiries, and maintained a professional demeanour \nExperience working in a law firm or legal department, particularly in roles related to immigration law or documentation. \nPositions involving research, data analysis, and the ability to compile information for immigration cases. \nThe ability to manage and organize large volumes of paperwork and information efficiently. \nA keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and submissions.\nThe capacity to address and resolve issues that may arise during the immigration process.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues. \nOther information\n5.5 month Fixed Term Contract starting mid February 2027\n37.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30pm \n3-month probationary period \nTraining provided\n\nCandidates applying for roles at GTI will be subject to background screening.
