customizing enterprise software applications using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.\nKey Responsibilities\nEssential Functions:\nWork with stakeholders to understand business needs and design technical solutions that will meet quality needs for security, scalability, reliability, usability, and accessibility.\nParticipate in demonstrations and discussions of solutions and platform capabilities with clients and prospective clients.\nCollaborate with team to develop, test, and implement technical solutions using configurations and low-code solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio in an agile development process.\nFollow development standards for solution design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation and work with team to continually refine and improve those standards.\nPerform testing for solutions to ensure releases meet standards for efficiency, quality, security, and reliability.\nProvide maintenance and technical support for enterprise applications in accordance with organizational standards and service-level agreements.\nKeep up with industry trends and learn new technologies as needed to meet company needs, including leveraging AI capabilities.\nPosition type\nFull time\nJob Qualifications\nEducation/Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience.\nExperience:\n2+ years of experience in designing technical solutions and administration of enterprise applications or a similar role.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nGeneral understanding of database and software development concepts.\nFlexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditions.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to work well independently and as part of a team.\nExcellent with MCP servers\nMicrosoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI)\nMicrosoft Power Platform administration\nMicrosoft SharePoint administration\nSQL and MS SQL Server Management Studio\nSoftware development lifecycle and DevOps CI/CD\nAgile software development frameworks (Kanban, Scrum)\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / X++\nMicrosoft
