regular maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.\nProvide clear and detailed documentation of service activities and findings.\nTrain customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.\nMaintain an elevated level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.\nFind and support opportunities for improved performance, cost-savings, and efficiency.\nStay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.\nAdhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.\nExpected hours of work:\nWork flexible hours as needed.\nTravel:\nA willingness to travel extensively and overnight\nJob Qualifications\nEducation/Certifications:\nHigh School Diploma\nValid driver’s license and a clean driving record.\nExperience:\nProven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.\n Skills and Qualifications:\nAbility to program programmable logic controllers (PLCs)\nStrong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.\nBasic user abilities in Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent critical thinking skills and mindfulness.\nEffective communication and people skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.\n Physical Requirements:\nAbility to sit, stand or
