This onsite role partners closely with Project Managers, field teams, and leadership to provide accurate data, analysis, and insights that ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules and cost control systems\nMonitor project performance against budgets, schedules, and forecasts; analyze variances and trends\nLead earned value management (EVM/EVA) analysis and performance reporting\nPrepare and present regular project controls reports to project teams and senior management\nSupport project planning, baseline development, and schedule risk analysis\nManage cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, and schedule impacts related to change orders\nTrack schedule delays, productivity impacts, and mitigation strategies\nWork closely with onsite Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and Field teams\nEnsure compliance with contract requirements and project controls standards\nSupport audits, claims mitigation, and project documentation\nAssist with project closeout including final cost reporting and lessons learned\n Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n 5-10 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management within construction or capital projects\nStrong understanding of project lifecycle management, scheduling methodologies, and cost control practices\nExperience supporting mid- to large-scale construction projects, preferably in dense urban environments\nAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) of 2 years minimum\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills\nMust obtain associated security clearances immediately upon hiring.\nOne Team.
