We also encourage active participation in industry trade, business, and professional associations to keep you at the forefront of your field. \nSenior Scheduler\nLocation: Brooklyn, NY (DUMBO)\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)\nSalary: $200,000 - $210,000\nOverview\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support the planning, development, and management of schedules for large-scale capital construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial high-rise construction and capital projects, with expertise in developing and maintaining complex project schedules, performing schedule analysis, and collaborating with project teams to drive successful project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools\nMonitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions\nPerform critical path analysis and evaluate schedule impacts related to project changes and delays\nCollaborate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to establish milestones and sequencing plans\nPrepare schedule reports, forecasts, and executive-level presentations\nSupport recovery planning, delay analysis, and schedule mitigation efforts\nVerify schedule compliance with project controls standards, contract requirements, and project objectives\nTrack key project milestones and provide schedule performance updates to leadership\nAssist with resource loading and long-range planning activities\nSupport overall project controls efforts for major capital construction initiatives\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred\n10+ years of construction scheduling experience\nExperience supporting large-scale capital projects required\nExperience with commercial high-rise construction projects required\nAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project\nStrong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles\nKnowledge of construction sequencing, project controls, and scheduling best practices\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively with project teams and executive stakeholders\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM)\nExperience performing schedule risk analysis and resource loading\nKnowledge of delay analysis and claims support\nPMI-SP, PSP, or other scheduling-related certifications preferred\nExperience working on complex public-sector or large-scale development projects\nOne Team.
