We can’t offer a CoS for this role\nYou have\nPassion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting\nLevel 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)\nExperience assessing referrals and coordinating support\nThe ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach\nStronger together\nWe do our best work when we’re ourselves.
