Propose and support the strategy\n\n- Recommend and lead the implementation of lean, continuous improvement (CI) and Six Sigma approaches, aligned with Groupe Atlantic and site ambitions.\n- Lead major projects in line with the WeGA roadmap.\n- Oversee the deployment of WeGA tools and methods across manufacturing and business areas to reach best-in-class processes.\n- Identify and introduce new CI best practices on site.\n- Support the Hoshin Kanri approach : facilitate annual seminar, ensure the follow up routine an support department if needed.\n2. Act as WeGA Site Referent\n- Master and apply the principles and tools of WeGA and set the standard for their use on site.\n- Coach team leaders, operators and all staff on the WeGA structure to increase autonomy and maturity.\n- Train employees and support teams on WeGA-related topics (e.g. AIT, Kaizen, 5S, Maturity Grid…).\n- Advise on the development and content of training materials at all levels, so that WeGA is understood and adopted.\n- Capitalize best practices to improve the FPY in project.\n- Advisor as a Lean expert in project if needed.\n\n3. Deliver improvement in the field\n- Assist each WeGA pillar Leader and ensure consistency of self-evaluation.\n- Join one or more high-impact teams to improve delivery, inventory, productivity or quality.\n- Lead Lean workshop event associated to the site Hoshin Kanri\n- Lead events on integrated production logistics, including part presentation and supplier integration.\n- Deploy mixed-model production techniques to reduce lead times and inventory.\n- Work closely with industrial engineers, production and CI engineers on time studies and productivity improvements.\n- Contribute to continuous improvement of safety, quality, productivity, delivery and morale across all business operations.\n4. Standardize and sustain\n- Develop and document best methods, machinery, layouts (workplace, department, site) and material and information flows.\n- Document the methods and procedures needed to maintain and sustain work instructions.\n- Define new CI programs with the local team (5S, Kaizen events, Kaizen initiatives…), facilitate implementation and follow the updates of existing ones.\n- Maintain a central database of best-practice methods, machinery, layouts, Method Times and performance.\n- Train teams to carry out method time studies.\n5. Quality, Safety and Environment\n- Comply with, and promote, Quality, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and work instructions.\nRequirements\nEducation: BS degree in industrial engineering or other technical field or Master's degree in business or a related field, with a focus on operations.\n\nExperience: 10+ years experience in manufacturing operations with progressive leadership and technical responsibilities (preferred).\n• Planning experience a plus.\n• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills required.\n\nLanguages: English (Must Have) + French (Good to Have)\n\nTechnical Requirements:\n· Lean Management Black Belt\n· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt\n· WeGA experience or any Continuous Improvement program (Toyota Production System, Carrier Excellence…)\n· Communication techniques\n· Office 365\n· Creo or similar\n.
