Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de projet Senior pour rejoindre une squad Agile au sein d’un grand groupe bancaire français, sur un périmètre à forts enjeux : la conformité.

Vos missions :

Vous serez le chef d’orchestre d’une équipe projet, aux côtés du Leader de Squad. Votre quotidien :

  • Piloter et animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire (développeurs, testeurs, architecture, réseau, métier)

  • Raccorder les filiales du groupe aux applications centrales du groupe

  • Faire évoluer le patrimoine applicatif : recette d’intégration, recette fonctionnelle, plan de mise en production

  • Conduire des projets de migration vers de nouvelles plateformes techniques

  • Accompagner le Product Owner et alimenter le backlog de la squad dans JIRA

Profil recherché

  • Plusieurs années d’expérience confirmée en gestion de projet IT

  • Pratique de l’Agile (Scrum, squad, sprints)

  • Maîtrise de JIRA (gestion de backlog)

  • Expérience du pilotage de recettes et de mises en production

  • Aisance en reporting (PowerPoint, Excel) et en animation d’équipe

Un plus :

  • Expérience dans la banque, l’assurance ou la finance

  • Expérience de migrations ou d’interconnexions de systèmes

  • Sensibilité aux sujets de conformité et réglementaires
