This position will report to the area Operations Manager.\nThe main responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:\nSupervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of plant operators and operational staff;\nOversee the daily operation (regulatory monitoring and reporting, process adjustments, chemical transferring and maintenance) of the facilities;\nProvide operational support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance for plant operations\nMonitor staff performance, conduct;
