This individual is responsible for designing and implementing test procedures for cellular, broadband, network devices that meet or exceed customer and manufacturer expectations for timely, effective, and efficient processes.\nThe ideal candidate has strong RF knowledge, and experience with RF test equipment and programming languages. They possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills, meticulous diligence, and adaptability to dynamic environments. Industry familiarity and teamwork are also valuable assets for success in this role.\nKey Responsibilities\nEssential Functions:\nManage and coordinate all testing activities including development, architecture, and deployment.\nCreate testing procedures based on supplied device parameters.\nServe as the expert relating to radiated parametric testing and customer/manufacturer communication as it relates to RF testing activity.\nCoordinate development and integration test documentation, develop test scripts and use cases, and set up continuous integration testing.\nResponsible for new product inspection and testing procedure set up.\nOversee the calibration schedule of appropriate equipment.\nCreate training process and train staff on correct testing procedures as well as maintain documents relating to training.\nDrive testing methodology improvements as it relates to industry standards.\nAssist and participate in activities relating to corrective and preventive actions as well as continuous improvement activities.\nVerify all reporting is completed and processes are followed for tracking test lots.\nPromote safety policies including housekeeping.\nAll other related duties as assigned by leadership.\nJob Qualifications\nEducation/Certifications:\nElectrical Engineering degree\nPreferred Education/Certifications:\nCertified Six Sigma\nSkills and Qualifications:\nExposure to 4G LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, RF testing\nFirsthand exposure to multiple manufacturers’ mobile devices in a test environment.\nAbility to facilitate testing on RF equipment.\nMS Office Suite Proficiency\nMinitab proficiency / Statistical Analysis\nDatabase Familiarity\nReporting / Analytical Abilities\nSolid communication skills, both written and verbal\nExperience:\n10 years relevant work experience at a similar level\nExperience with design validation and verification testing procedures, generating test documentation, and supporting production testing.\nIntimate knowledge of current cellular carrier bands and experience with statistical process control\nExperience with statistical process controls.\nBroadband and Network experience\n Preferred Experience:\nExperience with
