You must have the ability to work independently, collaboratively, with full transparency, as required by the client/project. In addition, you must be knowledgeable and responsible for developing, reviewing, reporting and supervising construction schedules.\nMajor Duties & Responsibilities\nYour duties and responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:\nIntegration of Program Master Schedule (various schedules exceeding 5,000 activities).\nReview Master Schedule for interface milestones and coordination between schedules and performance against baseline schedule. \nMonitor the development, updating and maintenance of schedules (if required).\nPerform schedule reviews, prepare weekly, bi-weekly and/or monthly schedule update analysis reports, investigate and analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective to be taken in order to mitigate/avoid cost and schedule overruns.\nMonitor, review and report to senior and executive management the schedule status of the program.\nRepresent company and/or project in meetings with owner, A/E representatives and other contractors as required.\nDevelop “what-if” schedule scenarios, mitigation schedules, look-ahead schedules, time impact analysis.\nIdentify schedule issues, variations, opportunities and corrective actions to mitigate potential delays to projects.\nPrepare reports as needed and directed by management (Weekly Construction Reports, cash flows, histograms, earned value reports, performance evaluations, etc)\nQualities\nAs the Sr. Scheduler, you must possess the following abilities:\nProficient using Primavera P6 and MS Project.\nDemonstrated knowledge and experience in the preparation, development of resource loaded Design and Construction Schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM).\nRelevant construction scheduling experience in planning, scheduling, expediting, maintaining and reporting the progress/status of work.\nSolid, proven and verifiable record of career stability and scheduling success is a must.\nProficient in time impact analysis or similar scheduling technique used to assess and quantify the effects of an unplanned event, namely a change which increases the work scope, but can be used in other ways. \nAbility to evaluate potential impacts to the schedule for acceleration or delay.\nProficient in earned value management technique for measuring project performance and progress in an objective manner.\nStrong written and oral communications skills.\nUnderstanding of construction and construction means and methods\nExperience \nBachelor s degree (BA/BS) (engineering and/or construction management a plus)\n10 - 15+ years’ experience in planning and scheduling / project controls / program controls; experience on multiple sides of the business (i.e., consultant, owner, owner rep, contract/architect, contractor, engineer) a plus\nHigh Rise experience is highly preferred\nField experience preferred\nBIM and Risk analysis knowledge a plus \nOSHA- 30, DBIA, CCM, PMP, and PMI certifications preferred. \nWe encourage and support you in obtaining PE and other certifications. \nSalary: $180-220K\nOne Team.
